- Member of Oregon Authors Association with 2 published works, Negotiating Dramatic Events and Needs based on her two year research with addicted at-risk youth in juvenile justice and on streets.
- Grace has a BA in Drama Therapy from The University of Alaska, Fairbanks.

- Grace participated at the Fertile Ground: A City-Wide New Works Theatre Festival, 2009 in Portland, Oregon.
- Grace held a Workshop Theatre of the Oppressed sharing the process of working with drama in juvenile justice, January 29th, 2009 at Portland State University (PSU)
- She has worked with youth-at-risk at Multnomah County (Oregon) juvenile justice center, RAD (Residential Alcohol Drug) unit; and at-risk street youth Guerilla theatre at Outside/In, Portland, Oregon. As their drama teacher, the boys of RAD and Grace wrote the script, Children of the Other Shoe, which went into new play development at Portland State University. This was later premiered at PSU’s Lincoln Hall stage in May 2007. This is an ongoing project.
- Grace was a key speaker at Wholistic Peace Institute summer 2007 and 2008 in Portland, Oregon. She was invited to the Swedish peace institute to be a key speaker in 2010. Grace specializes in Transformative Mediation.
- Grace founded Eagles World Productions and directed Scenes from Mother Courage by Bertold Brecht, in Fairbanks, Alaska, October 2003, in the Lee H. Salisbury Theater. The production featured a cast of 12 people, many from oppressed or compromised backgrounds.
- Directed An Interview With a Mother (based on Mother Courage) in October 2005 for the Promise of World Peace event with the Portland State University Baha'ï Club.
- Directed another performance of Mother Courage in March 2006 for Portland State University’s Genocide Awareness Week.
- Directed The Promise of World Peace in May 2006 for Portland State University’s “Building Cultures of World Peace” Seminar.
